Venue should be Public Hall (not Town Hall).

Preston has a Guild Hall, and had a Public Hall (demolished 1989). Concerts were also held at the Guild Hall. However, I believe the Town Hall was only ever local government offices.

The Preston Public Hall is actually still standing, though the "venue" portion of the facility was demolished in 1989.
